Refund & Returns Policy
90-Day Return Window
We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions — Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of certain products, the following cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalised orders
- Opened personal care and beauty products (for hygiene reasons)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item and, once your return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification, under EU consumer law. The item must be in its original condition — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
